fitbit not working off charger

my fit bit alta works on the charger but it says full batter but it also says 0mins left on the time it works on the charge but as soon as it comes off it works if you keep toching the screen but when it terns off it will not turn back on pleas helllllllllllllppppppppppppp me

Hi @xmantay  Help may not be possible - it may well be dying. But try several restarts. If that doesn't help then sadly you need a new Fitbit.

I had the same problem and connected my Alta Fitbit to my computer and pressed the reset button on the Fitbit cord, holding it for 15 seconds.  Hope this helps.

thanks for info unfotanly i have already try every thing there is to try  and nothing works so they are going to sent me a new one
