i lost fitbit alta

Hi i lost my fitbit alta a couple of years ago and still can't find it is there another way to find it if its's not close by me and it say the battery is full but i can't find it

Hi @Shalaila  the battery on these devices die over time. The battery strength on your app is from the last time you were able to sync to the Alta. The only way to find a lost device is when they still have a battery that has power. Sorry.

@Shalaila  all you can do is search where you last had it. These devices do hide in the strangest places. It must have a battery strength that's enough to be detected by bluetooth.
