Hi

How can I reset my fitbit alta without the original charger? I havent got the reset button.

Iam trying to get in touch with support for 3 days now!!!! no luck....

Can someone please help me?

I'm sorry but you can not reset it with out the button. Check out the retailers and buy a fit bit charger

Plug the replacement without the button in to a usb plug and simply unplug the cable from the plug and replace 3 times within 8 seconds and the Fitbit icon will show followed by the version and this will reset your Fitbit.
