Update: You should be able to sync manually and we are continuing to work to get syncing back to normal. Thanks again for your patience.
Update: Setup and pairing issues should be resolved, however, some may still have issues syncing. Our team is working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I am on iOS and am having this error come up. I logged out because the app was taking forever to sync to my charge 3. I read in these forums to log out and reset the app. Now I can’t log back in!

I can’t get logged into the app, my password is refused without it even trying ‘oops something went wrong’ is the message I get. I’ve reset my password but it still doesn’t work & I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app & I still get the same error message

Tried to reinstall couple of times - not helping.
Tried to play with other 2 functions that is available for me in the app like reset password or join the fitbit community , doesnt work either.

Hello @Sarahd8941 and a warm welcome. My app went all wonky a little while ago. I was missing most of my tiles and could not add them back. So I deleted the app. I have not been able to log in for over half an hour.
Chatted with Support and was told the there is a current issue and to try again later.

I am having the same issue as well. The app froze then when I logged out and attempted to log back in I received that error message.
