I’m having the same problem when trying to sync, re-pair, etc my charge 3. I get 500 errors everytime I try to re-pair my charge 3. This started around 3pm EST today.

I’ve just got my Fitbit today and managed to connect earlier but have had exactly the same happen as you. There was an issue with the website earlier and I couldn’t log in so maybe it’s something to do with the server. I’ll keep trying!

Im so terribly sorry your experiencing this today. I’m just learning that there is still issues being experienced at this time. I’m assuming the fixes are coming in waves. I would strongly suggest waiting till tomorrow to setup your new Fitbit. That way it will go smoother. I just think waiting would cause you less issues.

Are there any estimates on when this will be resolved? I just bought a new Versa 2 and am unable to set it up since the app isn't working. I'm very frustrated that I just spent $200 on a new device and am being told to wait another 24 hours to get it working.

Any idea when things will be back up and running? I was really hoping to get my new Charge 3 set up tonight, but that's not looking likely. Maybe allow offline setup of new devices. Sync to the server when available, but don't make it a requirement for setup.

Same issue. Samsung S8. Under my bluetooth it says it's paired, but keeps saying it needs to update, then can't connect. Can't sync.
