I dont Have bluetooth on my laptop so i thought i would be able to change clock time and faces on my Samsung note 4 can anybody help please

Go ahead and change the clock in your settings page (https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit) and save it.  The next time you sync with your phone it should update.
