7-Day Summary shows No Sleep Data

The 7-Day Summary on the Fitbit app shows no data on Sleep portion. I do have recorded sleep data on my Fitbit for more than a year. I reset my Fitbit and reinstalled the app. Still says no sleep data.

I'm using version 4.0 of the fitbit app on a Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini. 

 

I first started noticing the issue...maybe a week ago or so?

Fitbit Android app v2.42 (2183089).

Android v6.0.1 running on Samsung Galaxy S6.

New Fitbit user so cannot comment on how long this has been an issue.

I'm using a Samsung galaxy 7 with a charge 2  I'm sure how to check the version of the fitbit app but I downloaded it on Monday 13th if that's any help

I also have the Android version 2.42 (2183089) on my Droid Turbo 2; I use an Alta. I've had it for 3 weeks and have never seen the Sleep Stats displayed on 7-Day summary. Thanks for checking into this, Callie.

My Charge 2 is having this issue as well. Samsung Galaxy S6 running app version 2.42

I have charge 2 Samsung galaxy S7 edge has had some no sleep data for last 7 days either.

New to fitbit so not sure how long it has been an issue. But I have the same issue.

Same problem as everyone else... see records in dashboard, but it says no data for 7 day.

Hi. I'm having same trouble. Nightly sleep tracked perfectly but 7 day log says I'm not wearing the tracker. I'm using a Samsung galaxy S7 and also check my nexus 9 but says same. I have a Charge 2. Updated to latest firmware etc

Having the exact same issue. Running ver 2.44 on a moto g4

Moreover, the sleep count is not showing up in the dashboard tile either, not even when I go back to days that I know had sleep recorded. Same problem with the 250+ steps goal tile. I noticed this happening in just the past couple of days
