I can't setup irregular heartbeat notification on my charge 6. I'm in the U.S. when I hit the setup button it goes to a gray screen and locks up. I have to restart the app to use anything, and every time I try setup it does the same thing. I've shut down app, force stopped it and cleaned cache. Stopped and restarted the Fitbit, and nothing has helped. I'm very frustrated as this was the main reason I bought the device.

I was able to contact them through Twitter chat and they said we will just have to wait for the right update to come out and they were aware and working on the issue. They gave no timeline.

Hello. Recently the irregular notification screen on my Fitbit sense is blank and it locks up the app. Any ways to troubleshoot?

I checked the FitBit version installed. It's 4.06. Uninstalled, reinstalled anyway. Still same behavior - Click on Setup for Irregular Heartbeat. Next screen is completely blank except for the back arrow top left. Not able to setup irregular heartbeat. It took me several tries to get ECG working but that is working. This is on an Android phone with up-to-date OS. Clicking the back arrow does nothing. I've learned I can click it repeatedly for about 12 or more times before it goes back to the previous page. This has been broken for nearly 7 weeks now. When is a fix going to be released, and why is FitBit so silent on it? This is a major advertised feature.

Hi everyone, just to let you know all that i reverted to the previous version of the Fitbit app and irregular heartbeat notifications work fine. looks like this issue is present only in the latest version of the app. Irregular heartbeat feature is very important to me so I'm going to stick with the older version until this bug is fixed.

Hi @Paramus, are you using Android device? if yes, you can get any older versions of Fitbit app from up-to-down App store.
1. Search for the Up-to-down app on Google and download the app from the Up-to-down site (you can uninstall it after you download the Fitbit app)
2. Once you install the app, open it and search for FitBit in the search bar, and click on the top result, "FitBit." then scroll down and click on "versions." You will see all previous versions.
I tried only three versions of Fitbit app, 4.0 and 3.88 and 3.85.1 which im using now. and Afib feature works on all these versions.
I chose 3.85.1 because I liked the design and I think the app looks better than the latest version.

I used a different site owned by androidpolice, Google it because the 3 letter prefix is now banned by the moderators. It let me download v4.01 which worked well. It wasn't necessary on my phone to install the loader software beta, just uninstall the Fitbit app, download the package and click on it and the Google installer will do the rest. After logging in again, I can again access my AFIB data.
Not being able to roll back updates is the reason I don't update my apps and miss critical security updates, or have to go outside the Google walled garden to get my apps.

The same thing is happening to me and I also got the charge 6 mainly for this function. Frustrating. Hope they find a fix soon as it should also work for those of us in Canada.
