After an Update, some Samsung On5 Pro apps including charge hr have trouble syncing.

My Mobile: Samsung On5 Pro
My band: Fitbit Charge HR
Everything was fine, until an update recently. Last week an update, some 968.44 MB file size was downloaded and installed. Not sure, whether the android got updated or the Samsung system core. When checked none was showing any update sequence number. Every single entry remains the same. But my entire UI changed. With it, few third-party apps like the safety alarm app that was installed and the Fitbit caller id feature turned down and are now not responding to the calls. If anyone could suggest an appropriate method for correction, I would be happy.
Thanks in advance.

After checking on the compatibility list, I could see that the Samsung On5 Pro is not currently a supported device. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the app will work correctly. Since the app is not fully optimized to work with that phone's specific hardware and software configurations, any updates on the phone could cause it to stop working, if it was working in the first place.

Perhaps you could use a different phone? Or a computer or tablet to get your Charge HR to sync?

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks... I am planning on having a new mobile purchased. I will check with the list and choose one accordingly.

The app was working good in the first place, till this update. Probably something might have changed with the update. Thanks again, Lanuza. I will get back once with the new hardware.

Hi @small1783! Please, let me know if you're able to find an android compatible device on the list and which one you're going to choose.

So this simply mean that if we buy a fitbit. Then we need to keep looking at your devices list cuz you might just remove a device or not care qbout a device. Like what happened with my mate 10 pro, your great app and ionic

What a regret

Hey @alamoudimoh.

We do not remove devices from the list. I understand that this can be frustrating, but it is important to note that we do not. The Mate 10 pro has not been on the list, even if it did sync at some point it doesn't necessarily mean that the device was on the list.

You could create a Suggestion to have it added to the list and have other users comment and vote on your idea to show their support. I did locate a suggestion to add the Mate 10 Pro.

Hope to see you around.
