My versa 3 stopped showing any stats today on the app (watch is fine)
It advised I needed an update.
I've updated, shut it off and on again, shut my phone off and on again.
Still missing all data from front screen, can anyone help?

Hi this morning tried to sync .... wouldn't. Then I saw my profile picture was not there just the blue icon. Restarted phone, bluetooth on and off ... then it synched but now I have no profile photo and steps, water, sleep, exercise, weight, activity tiles are all whited out. When I click on each of them they bring up the data for today.
I have rebooted my fitbit and set it up as a new device. Still the same?????
I have had nothing but trouble with this since I got it 1 year ago. I have spent hours trying fixes for not synching and now this.

I am having the same issue, but I have the Fitbit Sense. The stats on the watch are fine, but nothing appears on the Android phone app, although if I click through in each category the info is there. But the home "Today" page is blank!
No new updates and the phone has been rebooted. Still blank stats on the app.

The app looks like this today. Yesterday, it was fine & showed all info. Anyone know what could be wrong? I have restarted, etc but still looks like this.

Hi there.
I had exactly the same issue - deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my phone brought all the info back onto the tiles on the front screen.

I had the same problem. called tech support. I had to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. It's working now.

The update this morning has done something to my app. Most of the icons/stats are grey and invisible...
