When I first got my versa 2 Alexa worked. Over the last couple months when I try it says I need to set it up. I've set it up...everything is turned on but I can't get my versa to show up as online in my versa app. Help!

Google the customer service # and talk to them. I found out my tablet and phone did not have the operating system 7.0 or higher. Some features work all the time. Some become disconnected.
