I had friend requests, messages I had not answered yet sitting there yesterday and today it shows no messages, that its completely empty.  Can I get these back, or what's happening?  I have a Charge 3, Samsung Android

Let me help you with your missing messages. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Make sure that the app is up to date. You can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I did post the 2 messages I got.  I did not receive any further communication but when waiting more  I did get one message, but do not get notification at all.  I heard from other members that the messages are or did change format?  I didn't see any notifications about this.   What has changed?  It's now confusing so I'm glad I dont use this for anything social, but I'm rather upset that there was no warning.
