After working fine my android app hasn't  been able to find my Fitbit Alta HR since 20th June 🤔

Welcome to the Forums @Sooliz.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on and find a solution.

 

My question in this case I'd like to recommend that you try following the steps listed in this help article. They will help you get the Alta HR to start syncing correctly once again.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask you what phone is it that you have and what Android version it is running.

 

Please keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions on the matter.
