Alta HR does not appear in the Bluetooth list

Hi, my problemen is that Fitbit alta hr does not apear in the Bluetooth list on my Android phone. What can I do? I’m not an IT specialist so sometimes realy difficult to get things werking...🙈🙈

Thanks for the details shared on your post.

Please note that there's no need for your Alta HR to appear on your Bluetooth settings as it will connect to your app through your phone's Bluetooth but it doesn't have to be a saved device there. Learn more about it, in this article How do Fitbit devices sync their data? 

If you have a Fitbit watch, then it should appear in your Bluetooth listing, to control the music. If you are having difficulties to sync using the Fitbit app, I recommend you reviewing our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
