My new Alta HR stop syncing to my Droid Max 2. It was working just fine until a week ago. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing works. Has anybody else had this issue?

Was one of things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

I tried it 4 times at a time. ( Pushing the button while it is plugged into the  charger), and I have done it on 2 separate occasions. My husband noticed last night that Fitbit stopped supporting the Droid Maxx 2. I don't understand stay why they would, as it is a newer phone.
Thank you, for your reply though.

So after months of using my HR 2 charge and my phone, now they say it isn't compatible.  Have to use something else to sync with it.  So fricking mad.

Different Fitbit I understand, but this is my problem, good luck with yours!

Thank you, for commenting on my post. Last Sunday, for like the thousandth time, I got into the Bluetooth settings on my phone, and disconnected my Alta HR from my phone. I waited for about 10 minutes, then I paired my phone to it again. To my surprise, it worked! So far, it is still working. I don't know why it was so different from all the other times. Fit Bit shows my phone is one of the discontinued phones too. Have you tried disconnecting your Fitbit from your phones Bluetooth?
