Was one of things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Best AnswerSo after months of using my HR 2 charge and my phone, now they say it isn't compatible. Have to use something else to sync with it. So fricking mad.
Different Fitbit I understand, but this is my problem, good luck with yours!
