I had the Charge HR for 2 years. I've had the same phone for the majority of that time. It synced to the app just fine. I rarely had an issue. I thought I'd upgrade to the Alta HR. I've had syncing problems everyday. It syncs twice a day maybe. The alta will say I've exercised for 35 minutes but the app will only show 30. I try to make it sync it says it syncs but nothing has updated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app I've restarted my phone and my Bluetooth. Nothing works. Fitbit please fix this issue. I love your products but this is ridiculous.

I have the same problem. I got Fitbit flex 2 as christmas gift. That band had issue with vibrating. I have returned it and got product that had problem with sync. Again I returned it and bought Alta HR. Now I have problem to sync. I have tried it with 3 different devices. In my opinion the problem is the app. I love the product.... unfortunately i spend more time trying to sync than enjoying it.
