Alta Notifications

I have just changed my phone and I cant get notifications to work properly, the test works and texts work and I do some times get calls but it always says unknown, I have tried restarting Alta on charge doing the three button press no change, my Bluetooth is on and it sync often, location is turned on, I just don't know what to do now any ideas please

On the phone click on the device then click on notifications then Enable

I have just done it after looking at lots off different posts in the end I Refresh Notifications and it is working again. I found this in the troubleshooting under My tracker isn't receiving notifications from my Android mobile device. hope is helps anyone with the same problem.
