Alta hasn't synced for days

My alta hasn't synced since Thursday and I cannot force sync it either it just keeps spinning and then stops. Please help

Let me help you out, I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row if the issue persists take a look at this article you will find it helpful.

Hi, mine hasn't synced as well since since May 7!!!  I will try the restart thanks, never noticed the button there before now.
