I have not been able to sync for 2 days now. Also, now none of my devices are picking it up on bluetooth. Alta is fully charged. I have uninstalled and installed the app. I have turned on location. Nothing is working...what now?

Do you have WiFi enabled on your phone, @SherryLF? If so, disable it and try connecting. Also, make sure there is not another Bluetooth device active on the phone which would conflict with the Fitbit tracker - you might try turning off Bluetooth, wait about 15 seconds, and turning it back on.
