Alta won't sync

Hi! Since the latest fitbit software update, my Alta has only been able to sync to the app on my phone one time. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my bluetooth off and back on again, forgetting it and then pairing it again, logging out and then logging back in, restarting my fitbit, and I have tried all of these steps several times with no luck at all. The device itself is working fine so it seems it is an issue with the app...????

A warm welcome to the Community @Happygrl315. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
