I was having the same issue described in link below on an Amazon fire, it went away when the fix was implemented, but it returned this week.

Hello, The issue is now resolved. Login works and dashboard refreshes on the Amazon Fire.

Hi there @Dynamite12205, I was reviewing your post and the one you have shared in the description. It seems you are experiencing issues to log in to your Fitbit account. However I would like to know more details of the issue you are experiencing, is there any error at the moment to log in?
I'm wondering if you have tried to log in with a different compatible device. One of the reason that could explain why you are not able to log in is because the Amazon Fire is not compatible with Fitbit, so the app may not work as is expected as is not optimized to run with these devices.
Some users who were experiencing this, have reported that turning Off Wifi and log in with your mobile data may enable to access back to your account.
See you later and hope this helps.

Hi Roberto -
Unfortunately, I purchased the Amazon Fire specifically to sync my mother's Fitbit, as I didn't realize it was not compatible. The Fitbit doesn't have cellular service, so I cannot try accessing without wifi. My mother does not have an alternate device (her phone is also not compatible).
Initially the sync was working, but began having the exact same problems Android users were having. I thought perhaps the issue may have recurred.
(The issue is an error message indicates that the login or password is incorrect when the correct information is entered).

Hi there @Dynamite12205, please accept my apologies for my absence after our last interaction. I saw you were able to log back in to your mother's account using the Fire, these are great news!
As I mentioned before, is true that the Fire is not a compatible device; however the Fire OS is built on an Android OS layer, so many functionalities will work as will do with a regular compatible device. Keep in mind though, issues like the one you experienced may arise unexpectedly for the same compatibility reasons. As a personal experienced I do have too a Fire HD and I haven't found any troubles yet in the time I being testing this device.
See you later and stay awesome!
