Since last sunday (3/6/2018) Fitbit App does not show the tiles of steps, km, minutes, only calories.
Tiles cannot be edited (are not hided).
We tried the following steps:
1. reinstall app
2. check the web-pages (there are the steps)
3. rebooth the sensor
Many users are calling our helpdesk (we are a reseller) with the same problem!
HELP!!!
Only at samsung telephones, Ericson works fine, as well as Iphone

Hi there @curavistahealth, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response and I took the liberty to merge your post with your original concern.
After reading your post, I'm certain of knowing what exactly is happening in your case, however I would like to ask first how it goes so far?
When you are able to see only the calories tile in your Fitbit app, this mean the tracker was accidentally unpaired from your account or was paired with a different one. In order to fix this issue, you jut need to open your Fitbit app with your regular account and paired your tracker back.
As a reference the following post might give you some guidance: For more details, go here.
See you later and hope this get you back on track.
