I sync my Alta HR through the Bluetooth and it updates through the website and few features on the APP but not the main dashboard on my fitbit app. Same issue when I use the usb dongle. It doesn't matter if my phone is on WIFI or the mobile network.

Hello @Rafster83, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community.
I would like to see a screenshot of how it looks the main Dashboard on your Fitbit app to have a closer look. Certainly this behavior is not expected with the app, specially if the online-Dashboard is showing your information correctly
Please give it a try to the steps I mentioned in the following post. This steps will reset the data of your Fitbit app and might help you to address this issue.

It does update eventually but it takes a long time to update even on the usb dongle.
