Android App slow syncing and not awarding badges

I have Android 2.78 version for my fitbit app and it takes forever to synch to my Alta have to wait hours or restart it a bunch. Also I did over 15,000 steps yesterday but didn't recieve my badge for it. Feeling frustrated with fitbit app!

Thanks for sharing that you have tried to restart your Alta for it to sync.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article, in order. They should definitely help in getting everything to sync up correctly.

 

As for the badge, the steps should've been taken and tracked by the Fitbit itself, no manually logged step counts for this, and also synced into your account. Considering that you mentioned syncing issues, I think it is possible that the steps might have not synced and thus the badge was not awarded. Could you confirm if these was the case? Or if you manually logged any steps?
