Turns out that 3.60 is NOT available, or at least not for various androids.
And there is no menu item at top left of Play Store. Might be on iOS or older Android?

@Sryii your posts were merged into this thread as others are having the same issue - asking where their updated app is. A Fitbit moderator has been notified about this thread and should be by to offer their advice. Having trouble with app not saving logged food. Post from admin says 3.6 was made available 6/14/22 but is not showing in Google Playstore. As Fitbit Premium members, it is not acceptable that we cannot reliably log our calories. Please respond with further information. Thank you.

How long does a rolling update take?
Is it weeks? Or months? And why so long?
I'm on Android 10 and the latest available is 3.59.1 still, since weeks.
The bigger question is why do we need 3.60 at all?
I'm running 3.51.1, it is stable and upgrading further may introduce instabilities.
As nothing has been stated as to what it fixes or has changed it would seem there is no reason to change, in fact it's better to not change something that is working.

There are several issues with calories tracking and desynching dashboard data from the app on Android and several other bugs people have noted. @Guy_ so yeah there are a lot of reasons for a patch but hey my dude you can actually turn off automatic updates and it will work just like it is now for you.

It's probably that the programmers aren't confident that the bug fixes didn't create more bugs. 3.60 must contain substantial fixes or at least I hope so.
Another 5000+ mg sodium day according to the Fitbit app version 3.59.1. MyPlate app says 1921 mg. Who to believe? (that was a rhetorical question).

Might be true, not the sodium thing. But yeah there is a lot of times an explanation of why an update wasn't pushed or delayed not just an announcement it was released and then PINNED to the message board haha.

Hi @Sryii - thanks, I don't have automatic updates turned on so can use my current app version.
For people with on going issues, without knowing what is contained in a new app version, you can't know if it fixes it or what other changes may occur.
Do you know if this version fixes the problems you mention? I'm not aware of them in my version.
From experience it is unwise to install random changes in the hope it resolves something, it generally doesn't and often makes things worse.
The management of announcements should coincide with the releases, and links should point to versions they are referring to and be coordinated with the actual availablity, otherwise it is just very confusing for everyone.
In the case of Android app 3.60 for normal users nothing seems to match.

@Guy_They did say that the next update should fix the significant nutrition tracking issues(which is my main issue) so that would potentially be a fix. I know that some people have had success in the display aspect by uninstalling and reinstalling but that also doesn't fix other issues like buginess with the custom food synching.

For info - Version 3.62 has popped up in my Android Play-store - there is no announcement of it in the Android forum, only the absent 3.60 still is mentioned.
In the official What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? only the old 3.58 from April 19, 2022 is listed.
@Sryii- probably best to see if anyone installing the latest version finds improvement before proceeding, unless you want to pioneer.
Note: reinstalling the app on Android is not generally needed as it has a clear cache and force stop, it is mainly for iOS users.
However if you do try to do it, make sure you can reinstall - see.App versions 3.4.1 and below were removed from the Google Play store

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members. @Odyssey13 Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand your point of view about not having the 3.60 version available, and I apologize for this inconvenience. This was already reported to our team and they're working on the Fitbit app, as well as our help articles.
As you may know, we regularly release updates for the Fitbit app and we'll make sure to update our forums as soon as the next app version is available for all our members. Once again, I appreciate your comments and rest assured they haven't gone unnoticed.

So.... that's great but you still have the NEW ANDROID UPDATE pinned on the forum. Doesn't seem like you are listening @LizzyFitbit

Hi there, @Sryii
Thanks for getting back. As mentioned before, we'll update the thread in the Android board as soon as the next Fitbit app version is fully released. Nevertheless, I appreciate for calling this out and please know this feedback has been passed along to the right team.

To add to the hilarity, I got Fitbit version 3.62 (20263734) today. Running Android 11.
Sadly, this update still does not fix the sodium count bug for me. Still more than +150% error between the sum displayed and the sum tallied by each food and I haven't even entered in my lunch yet.
