Fitbit App Not Working As of July 2022

I submitted ticket about the Fitbit App issues in March. As of today the same issues remain:

Food Tile shows wrong remaining calories, Custom food entries either don't save to Frequent Foods and/or the serving size changes. Used to be able to see calories consumed on Food Tile but not anymore.

Fitbit App versions 3.60 and 3.62 DID NOT FIX THE FOOD TILE ISSUES.

I understand your trying to create a new thread because this one is labeled as resolved: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Android-Fitbit-app-not-tracking-food-and-calories-intake.... Read closely the remarks by the moderator @LizzyFitbit under the best answer. She states “I'll mark this post as the Best Answer, not because this issue is solved, but so others can know we're looking into this” 

There really isn’t a reason to start a new thread as it clearly isn’t resolved yet and acknowledged by the moderator.

I was asked by Fitbit Support representative this morning to create a separate post. Sounds like the Fitbit App issues are lower priority than the Ionic customer returns
