went to Fitbit Chat help this morning- had me walk though all the things already done here (uninstall, reinstall, couldn't get past 4 digit pin to connect) was told to mail fitbit back and would then send me a replacement. sounds fishy af - trust?
Not sure if this help everyone but I toggled On the Notification Center setting in Messages. Seems to fix the issue for me. iPhone with Fitbit Versa.
Best AnswerMaybe it's time to pull the developers working on the new project to port Fitbit to Wear OS/Tizen? By the time this is resolved, Fitbit is not going to have much brand equity remaining. For my next purchase, I'm not sure I want the product to have anything to do with this terrible experience.
Best AnswerMe too and have been on the phone with customer service 3 times or more and no help….so frustrating!
Best AnswerWhen is this going to be fixed? What exactly are you doing & what is the plan? You have thousands of users telling you they can't use the expensive device they've purchased. Maybe try rolling back the update until it works? Warning new users? Take the update down so new users don't get stuck with it? How much longer? I'm in a health challenge at work and now I can't participate because it's been 5 days since anything synced. After a year of lockdown, I need some fun.
My issue is not with syncing. My device is syncing perfectly with my phone; unfortunately the device keeps turning itself off! I've restarted it several times using the charger cable but it doesn't appear to have resolved the issue. Once I've turned it back on it doesn't always stay on. My stats have really suffered as a result this week! I've changed the clock face to see if that helps but I don't hold out much hope. Incidentally the watch appears to stop/switch itself off when I take it off but it also doesn't always stay on when I switch it back on when I'm wearing it.
Best AnswerI have Inspire 2 with iPhone. My problem is suddenly my Fitbit won’t charge - at all! It’s pretty new, got it this winter. What’s the deal? Is this because of the syncing problem everyone’s having? Is it broken & I should send it back? Please help, thanks!
