Force quit for the app on Android is in Settings. Go to settings, then Apps, find Fitbit in the list of apps then tap Force Stop. I have not deleted the app yet, hoping Fitbit fixes the software problem they keep referencing.
Best AnswerThanks for the tip. Sadly this did not work on my Samsung Note 10 and Versa.
This did not work for me. When I scan for devices the Charge 4 shows up, but when I select it, my phone tells me " you need an app to access this device". Grrr!
Mine acted fixed yesterday but to day it is back to the same problem. This is so aggravating! I have a Versa and have enjoyed it for some time but this is making me very concerned about its reliability.
Best AnswerAlso received my luxe, however cannot get any notifications such as text...are you able to receive notifications?
