100% agree with you. This patent statement that they are working on it is
nonsense! How many times should I use her need to uninstall and reinstall
their app in order for it to work properly??? And as I said before I bought
a new Fitbit device and that hasn't changed any of the issues! I am very
close to giving it all up!

At first i had no notifications and no i carnt even cinnect to bluetooth so  nothing works.Ive tried updating stuff,factory reset nothing worksSent from my Galaxy

Its so frustrating i carnt even connect to bluetooth.Firstly i had no notifications but did work for few hours yesterday some how.Now i have nothing

Es funktioniert nicht, trotz Update.

Seit dem Update bekomme ich keine Nachrichten mehr von Telefon auf Fitbit.

 

Alle Hilfestellungen aus dem Forum helfen nicht. Was kann ich tun?

I have IOS and since the update my Fitbit isn’t syncing any metrics information the only thing it syncs is RHR, and temperature. I pay for the premium services but since the update I no longer get the premium services.

Ive fixed mine yey.Turned bluetooth and phone off.Factory reset my watch and bluetooth found it straight away

Ive sorted it now turned bluetooth and phone off factory reset my watch and bluetooth picked it straight up

I have just spent an hour trying to fix my mother's syncing before I found this.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version.  This version is saying she synced but nothing is showing up anywhere yet.  My version is one version before this and I'm not updating until I see this working.

I totally agree. The same message has been showing, with no updates, or even acknowledging that it is also with ios. 
The help chat didn’t even want to admit there was a server issue. When I said I can’t synch at all, he told me to do a factory reset. I pointed out that would erase all of my data, and he said………synch it first!?!      
Might need to open my wallet for an apple watch. So many health and other apps rely on this information, it’s crazy for this to be continuing without updates to customers who are trying to stay loyal.

The updated version is the problem. You seem to be one of the lucky .5% of the users that were able to get it to work.

I would be lovely if anyone from fitbit would pipe in to show good customer service and say ANYTHING about the issues. 
Loosing faith they are interested in trying.

Thanks Kat234!! I'm sure I'd already tried a factory reset, but just tried it again, and it then synced and then updated straight away 🙂 such a relief!

I had been given a Sense  and had it less than 3 months when it died inexplicably.  I returned it and bought a versa 3.  That was a week ago. I only experienced this not syncing issue for a day. My Versa 3 synced the walk I just took but then it disappeared and wouldn't sync. I was looking for help and came across this thread.   I didn't do anything and my new versa 3 started syncing again all by itself later the next day after I had read all the problems others were having. Judging by the hundreds of other comments made after mine Fitbit is looking pretty dismal.  I have a Pixel 3aXL. But I'm counting myself lucky since my Versa 3 is working for now. Fingers crossed it keeps up.
