I am still unable to Sync
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app
Tried disconnecting Bluetooth
Now Bluetooth does not see Fitbit.
I have the latest Samsung Galaxy S20+5G
Hi, was this update (3.43.1) supposed to patch all the issues? I am still experiencing syncing failure, to the point where my phone's Bluetooth doesn't connect to, or sometimes even see, my Versa 2 smartwatch. These are my stats:
Hardware: Motorola moto g6
Software: Android version 9
Watch: Versa 2 purchased in Dec. 2019
Fitbit app: updated to June 23, 2021 version
Indeed, I've tried the first troubleshooting steps – restarting my phone, restarting my watch, and uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. I've resisted factory resetting the watch since it is a known issue and I'm hoping these data can be saved and synced. But I'm going on over a week now of issues... so I'm still looking for answers.
I am very disappointed on the Fitbit Sense. So expensive and so many issues.
Mine stopped syncing after June 25th. I followed all troubleshooting steps and contacted chat support.
Still not sync. It's like Bluetooth can no longer see the app.
Have latest OS on Samsung A52 phone, Uninstalled and reinstalled app, rebooted my charge 3, restarted phone, checked permissions in app settings. Have not been able to sync since 6/25 and now the time on my fitbit is also getting further and further behind actual time. This morning when I woke up it was exactly 30 minutes behind. Now it's 39 minutes behind. It literally doesn't even function as a watch at this point.
Best AnswerI've got Android 9 on my phone; my Versa 3 Firmware version is 36.128.5.38.
The "Answer" referred to by your message, which I just read, isn't making sense as far as what I am experiencing. I did just go to the Versa 3 users forum - sounds like many of us are having issues w/ our Health Metrics Breathing Rate & Heart Rate Variability measurements - there is no data being measured & reported.
I hope this problem gets solved sooner than later...
Best AnswerHi,
I'm still having problem with my Inspire. It wasn't syncing since last few days.
My firmware was updated. I've updated the Fitbit app on my phone.
Tried unlinking my tracker with the phone, now it can't pair up.
Any update on this issue?
Best AnswerOther than an iphone, I am exactly the same- even down to versa 2 since 12/2019.
Help sites won’t admit to a faulty app update.
sad. I loved my fitbit 😞
Best AnswerI just bought a new Inspire 2 and began wearing it on Friday. The firmware is updated; I have an Android (Samsung S9) version 10. Tried all the suggestions several times. I have been unable to receive any notifications at all. If this isn't resolved within a few days, I will be returning it and buying something other than a Fitbit product. Very disappointed so far in this product and lack of customer support.
Sorry, continuing above. BR and HVR say no data. My RHR is working. I have the latest fitbit app. Tried everything that I have read so far and no success. Strange that this problem started two days ago.
I am in the same boat since Jube 25th.
Not syncing
The apps in the watch (Sense) are not registering sleep, night temp or SpO2.
This watch has jad nothing but issues since I bought it.
Best AnswerHi,
I think since the day you posted this my Fitbit Sense has stopped giving me notifications from my Android 11 phone (I think it has been a few days). Earlier I was receiving all notifications. Can you please help?
