Any idea when the syncing problem will be resolved?

This does not work for me.  im very frusterated.  its disrupting my life.

I'm going g to find an alternative bc this product doesnt fulfill its promise.   The tracker is useless without the app and vice versa.

I am still not getting notifications on my Sense. I'm running Android 11 on a Samsung S20 FE and updated to the app version 3.43.1, but still nothing. Any suggestions?

I have Android 9.0 and I have installed the latest version of Fitbit app 3.43.1 as of today 2021-06-27.  My Versa 3 synced earlier today, but then midday just stopped.  I have just about had it with this smart watch.  I love it and I totally hate it. It will take calls, then it won't.  I'll get messages, then I don't.  What the frig.  People are paying good money for these devices and they are very unreliable.  I'm sad, frustrated and feel like tossing it.  Should have got the Galaxy Active 2.  This is my 4th Fitbit - I have been a member since 2012 and have NEVER had issues syncing like this before.

Still not working. Have samsung A5 Android 8 and latest app update. 3.43.1

Very disappointing. Last proper sync was june 22nd. Clock is wrong too.

Synching issues seem to be solved with 3.41.1; however, I still don't get text or email notifications. I have an Android 10.0, using latest firmware and fitbit app version.

This is also happening on my iPhone I’m new to Fitbit and recorded this for the first two nights then stopped. Don’t know why?

Hello, 

 

I've recently purchased the luxe for myself and my husband. It seems to me that this was rushed out. I was given an inaccurate shipping time, was originally meant to be out in may came in late June. Email said it still needed som finishing touches. Seems these finishing touches are still being done. I'm experiencing a lot of problems with syncing on my android device and can't receive any notifications. I've followed the restart and reboot instructions and no dice. Please fix this as soon as.

IPhone 7 user, syncs very sporadically and texts/calls notifications sporadic at best. ios is up-to-date, Inspire HR app is up to date as well.

Team - Everything was working fine for me until what appears to be the latest FitBit app update.  Since that update I am no longer getting nightly Health Metrics for Breathing Rate (BR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV).  Everything else seems still intact.

I noticed my issues after the recent update. No HRV or BR in 3 days now. No sleep details for last night.

After I updated the app on Saturday June 26th 2021 around 3am, I no longer have any stats for Peak, Cardio, or Fat Burn. 

 

And I just bought the Versa 2 on June 22nd, 2021. 

 

This is after I attempted to buy a Garmin watch. I ditched the Fitbit cause it's already an overpriced **ahem** watch. I had the Charge 3. Which died several times and replaced. 

 

The only reason I went back to Fitbit was because the sleep was fairly accurate. Better than Garmin. 

 

And after the update now the Fitbit is missing information?

 

My phone, Versa 2,  and apps are all up to date.

 

Restarted the watch 3 times in a row with 60 seconds wait each time. 

 

Factory reset the watch several times. 

 

Reinstalled the app several times.

 

I'm having major buyers remorse here. 🤬

Seriously Fitbit!!!

All I did was update and now all the stats for Peak, Cardio,  and Fat Burn is now missing since June 26th 2021 3am.

When is the issue suppose to be fixed. I can use stress management, missing my sleep data etc .
