I have issues since this update. So to me, it seems it created my issues! Not very happy!

When you tell us to make sure we have the latest version of the app, it would be helpful to tell us how to do that. All Google found me was how to check my firmware version number (22.22.58.0). I finally found the app version by clicking my profile image, then under Settings clicking Help and Support. There is my version number: 3.43.1 (20243578). I tried syncing my Fitbit by clicking my profile image, then the image of my Fitbit (a Charge 2) and then the icon on Sync Now. The first time I did this, it gave me the missing numbers for two days ago and began recording numbers for today, but it still read all zeros for yesterday. I did the sync a couple more times with no improvement. Then, after waiting about 20 minutes, I did another sync, and yesterday's numbers finally appeared. I hope you folks get this fixed. I am really enjoying my Fitbit, but not if it stops telling me the numbers.

Hi,
So its an issue for everyone with android and sense controls? I did the update also and no change, can't get any notifications on my watch

It's not just Android. It's also iphone users with Charge 3. We are not getting health metrics (except breathing) and some of use are not even getting detailed sleep info. Please see that thread that started on Friday. I just updated and nothing changed. Thank you.

I think it is more to do with the update, because I have the same issue with iPhone and Sense

Hi
I'm running app version 3.43.1 on my Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact with Android 9, but STILL a very, very unstable connection to my Sense watch. Rebooting Sense has never solved the problem. Rebooting my phone solves normally the problem and now I am down to killing the Fitbit app solves the problem. Sometimes I have to force the app to stop twice in order of having notifications back on my Sense as well as normal activity sync.
In my point of view no doubt what causes this issue: the fitbit app....

Similar as others, since most recent update, no longer getting nightly Health Metrics for Breathing Rate (BR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Everything else SEEMS to be syncing but not those values for the past 3 days.
Fitbit Device: Charge 2 Firmware Version 22.22.58.0
App Version: 3.43.1 (20243578)

I have an iPhone and have not been getting a breathing rate or HRV since Tuesday. Updated phone and rebooted Fitbit and phone. Did not help. Can you??

I am working with Android Version 10/One UI version 2.5 and Knox version 3.4.1. Sync fine but not receiving phone and text messages.

Did not work for me….and when are you fixing the floors issue?! You need to get on that…I did not pay $300 for a watch that now does not have all features working. The floors don’t work…which in turn affects your calories burned…so that is now 3 functions on my Versa 3 that are not working! And now it is not tracking my sleep properly too! You will not take it back…so I am just stuck with a half working Versa that is only 5 months old! My notifications come an hour or so after they are sent…what a mess this watch is! I am telling everyone and anyone NOT to buy anything Fitbit. My daughter just bought a Sense…and she is already having issues with her health tracking. You take our money and run….customer service is basically non-existent. Not impressed at all. 😞

Can I downvote this? I'm about to buy a Garmin instead. No ETA? No real update? Fitbit, you have failed.

There seems indeed to be an issue with that, there's been a post on that topic. I suffer the same issue. Hopefully it will sync back the mised days. I expect it to be a software issue that will be fixed soon.

Whilst this may have helped some users it has become a million times worse for me. It now sync every min and has succceeded in using all my mobile data in 2 days whilst prior to the update it used very little.
This is since the latest update was download.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to switch off so that I can use my fitbit to record and keeping mobile data off and then uploading when I am home.
Many thanks

Does NOT help. This is an issue for Apple phones, as well. Please advise.
