I am still not getting breathing rate and HRV data. I have verified that My versa3 is up to date and my app is up to date. Your "fix" did not fix the issue.
Best AnswerCan you explain further?

Best AnswerThanks but no thanks in the past month I have just upgraded both my phone and Fitbit. I have seen a lot of Apple users commenting in this thread too saying they are having the same data and sync issues.
Best AnswerI don't have the $$ to break my contract and then the cost of a new iPhone ( nearly 800 for my contract and 1200 for a new iPhone). I never had any issues with my Charge 3 and Android.

Best AnswerI just called customer service and operator had no idea of issue and had no other calls reporting this problem. I would suggest everyone with an issue take 10 mins to call customer service line listed in app under help.

I am still working with them. That can't be true I told them cause I have called 7 times 😞
Really? We should buy an iPhone for hundreds of dollars to fix a software glitch for a separate piece of hardware that costs substantially less? When the company that sold is that piece of hardware advertised it as working with Android and is perfectly capable of fixing a software problem they accidentally created? Sorry, that doesn't seem like a realistic or reasonable fix. And as Suzy says, there are plenty of iPhone users who run into issues as well. And not for nothing, but Google owns both Android and Fitbit. I'm optimistic they'll figure it out, as infuriating as it is at the moment.
Best AnswerAHHHH horrible..... it is on their end for sure
