How many software develoipers do they have? One? It should have been fixed within hours, not days / weeks....

Yooo i deleted my fitbit account and made a new one . still cant get my notification . hit me up when i can update my fitbit for notification please

When did you fix this problem? I try to shut down my phone, to shut down my fitbit but I can't resolve the problem of syncing and I don't receive the notifications on my Versa 2..

still playing up but progress!

I reinstalled the Fitbit app and I can now sync. It's not perfect but at
least it's doing something now!

Currently doing the Intro to Healthy Habits program and it is not syncing my food intake. I am on IOS though but I don’t know if it’s the same issues that the android phone is going through

I still can't sync no matter what I do. This is becoming increasingly frustrating.

If your notifications is not fixed yet, this is worth a try:

 

Go to your device notifications and DISABLE "Enable Transliterations".

 

This worked for me after 2 weeks of no notifications.

Charge 4 suddenly stopped syncing at 10:08pm on 22/6/21, (in the UK). I've rebooted my Charge 4, my Android phone, my iPad and my Apple desktop. Still not syncing. All I've got now is the worlds most expensive pedometer!!!!
