Is it fixed yet? I tried what you suggested and...
- turn bluetooth off/on
-restart phone
- deleted and re-installed app
- on Fitbit settings, installed a new device
The phone and Fitbit are connecting, because it shows the 4 digit code to connect them. Unfortunately, all it does from there is "attempting to connect". Please advise
Hi Matt, My phone is showing what you have written about and has been for awhile. I'm confused though as my phone is and iphone so I don't know why I would be having problems. Should I remove the app and reload? I'm concerned about doing that though as I don't want anything to get screwed up with the continuity of everything showing in my Fitbit. What do you think? Lastly, I don't know how to force quit the app if that's something you would want me to do.

Best AnswerI have tried forcing stop for Bluetooth and Fitbit apps, restarted my phone, rebooted my Inspire 2.
My only consolation at the moment is that other people are also experiencing problems.
I have used cheap alternative activity trackers for the last few years and had no problems, I spent a lot of money buying this Fitbit and have had problems most weeks with syncing and now nothing for several days - not impressed at all
Best AnswerIt's still not working at all... tried reinstalling, tried force quitting, tried sitting screaming obscenities at it... seriously for the amount you pay for a fitbit you'd expect the tech guys to be on top of this... bad enough that it's advertised big over here as revolutionary cause of fitbit pay then there's only 1 compatible high Street bank in the UK (santander) so it's useless.
Best AnswerMy notifications haven't been coming through for the last 2 days, can anyone shed light on this?? I've tried EVERYTHING!! Thanks
Best AnswerJust recd this as a bday gift. It worked 1st 2 days, on day 3 notifications stopped (day 2 was a bit iffy on cardio but mostly worked.) Day 3 no exercise notifications, cardio not measured when I was exercising etc.
Looks like we will be returning, this looks like a chronic problem! Very disappointed, I really wanted this to work out. No pun intended
Best AnswerIt's funny, wife's got an inspire hr & hers works perfect... I got the charge 3 special edition & its never worked properly.
Best AnswerAfter 4 days, it appears I've finally found a solution for the notifications that worked for me on my Versa 3, shout out to @GigiDuru who originally posted it here:
Go to your device notifications and DISABLE "Enable Transliterations".
My notifications started working instantly.
🤞this works for others.
This is what worked for me. Hopefully it may help others, but as always your mileage may vary.
1. Remove your fitbit from the app.
2. Uninstall the app.
3. Restart BOTH your phone and your fitbit.
4. Reinstall the fitbit app on your phone.
5. Setup your fitbit as a new device. If fitbit asks for permissions on your phone allow all of them. If fitbit asks to use location services "all of the time" allow this as well. Note that this may open a new page on your phone to allow fitbit to use location services "all the time".
6. Allow setup to complete and setup your notifications.
7. Near the bottom of the notifications settings is a toggle labeled "enable transliteration". Set this to off.
After following this procedure syncing and notifications have been working reliably for me for over two days. For information purposes I am using a fitbit sense and samsung note 20 ultra on android 11.
Hopefully this will help some others get things working until fitbit releases an update to the app that fixes this issue.
Best Answeri removed by charge 4 then uninstalled & reinstalled app still nothing on my android. It will find the device when setting up but is stuck at connecting. give 3 options to correct & none work. Frustrating considering I just purchased less than a week ago to replace my charge 3 that quit after 18mon

This is still not resolved.
Is not limited to Samsung.
My watch is still showing West Coast time. I returned yesterday and FItBit is not synching.
I have an Apple.
