I just disconnected my Charge 3 from the Bluetooth and reconnected it and now it will sync

It's great you understand, but that's not helping us users with issues. I bought a new fitbit thinking my other one blew up with a little over a years use. This is ridiculous!!!! The main fitbit site should have this on the main page. But instead I had to dig layers down to find this! Not a happy consumer!!

Most of my features no longer work, from the heart rate, sleep tracking, alarms and swiping the screen is almost not working properly. Is this part of his bug?

Know how you feel ive tried everything and nothing is woking lost all my faith in Fitbit at the moment and trying to get answers is ridiculous no customer service e mail thats all closes down ao how long are we meant to wait

Wish I went here before I uninstalled my charge 4 ugh.. just got it on 06/17 sync stopped, then could'nt do update, now I can't get it to set back up through phone. What a shame issue is still going on days later.

None of my notification are coming through. My watch won't sync with the app. Called yesterday and got no answers just it will be fixed asap. You will be losing my business due to this. It has been well over a week and still no answers.

Still not working. Nothing is working. It’s telling me I have already hit my daily goal and I haven’t even gotten out of bed. It is really messed up.

I’m so glad I saw this because I thought my Fitbit had bombed out! I’ve been having this problem for over 3 weeks. I thought it was the battery. My Fitbit hasn’t turned on for over a week. Then of a sudden it came back on yesterday and now it’s back off today. The only activity is the green light flashing. I’m very frustrated!!!

I was able to get it to work for about 2 days by updating the app but it stopped again today. Are there any updates as to when this will be fixed?? I have a very expensive device on my wrist that basically does nothing but tell time! And even that has been wrong in the past few days!

I just love my new expensive digital watch. I was excited that it had the ability to answer calls from my wrist and get alerts. But, who needs any of that? Since receiving this wonderful toy on Fathers Day, I've not been able to use it once. It has tracked my steps and sleep but, wont sync, doesn't get alerts, and won't connect with my phone. So essentially, I have a super-duper digital watch. I have seriously paid $24 on wish for smart watches that were more reliable.
