The Silence is Deafening !!  Only 212 showing effected,  maybe not a big number to give us some feedback,    C'mon Admins please give us some feedback,  what is the progress ?  I don't really think they will come up with a fix ,  I had a Versa 2 which continually burnt my wrist , but it always had notifications problems,  Must say Fitbit came to the Party and refunded me my money.  Bought the Versa 3, no issues with burning or Rash,  but the notification problem is always there.

I got mine wet two days ago and thought that was the issue, so I ordered a new one. My battery seems to be draining too fast as well (maybe because it's constantly looking for my phone??) I'll definitely be returning the new one if this doesn't resolve soon. My Versa 2 is only 6 months old!!

Sense user on Android here. Sync fails occasionally but force quitting the app seems to correct it. Notifications on the other hand have completely stopped working and about the only potential fix I haven't tried it reinstalling the app. Given the headache of resetting, reinstalling and then reconfiguring, this is a wait for the fix issue. Thankfully only notifications are affected.

My Versa just started displaying the wrong time. It is showing the time as an hour earlier than it is. Syncing seems to be working fine and I restarted the watch and it still show the incorrect time.

So when will this be fixed?   I haven't gotten notifications for 3 days.  My tracker syncs but won't get notifications.  Tried rebooting phone and watch and repairing with Bluetooth and there was no change.

Done this a numerous of times, only works when you first do it, then nothing again

Dear Matt, 

 

It's been a week to a fortnight now that there have been no notifications.

What is happening with this issue? Why is it taking so long to resolve the issue? There are many people here and those who who don't use the forum, who cannot get any notifications.

Please advise as soon as possible when will it be resolved?

Is it an update issue?

Silvia's troubleshooting has NOT worked. The Support Team (I originally contacted) were oblivious to there being an ongoing issue, therefore just talked me through their usual rote for troubleshooting. Which unsurprisingly, did not work either.

Could you please let everyone here know when this is going to be resolved and what steps are being taken to get there?
