Well so much for thinking Fitbit would fix this issue. I just downloaded the update to the app, and the app is still not finding my Fitbit so I can set it back up after I factory reset it

Best AnswerThis is no longer temporary. My fitbit will not sync at all. Honestly, I brought this device for heart rate tracking due to a health concern and I no longer can appease my gp with a simple graph. I have tried quite literally everything. I can not even return device. Please fix this !!!
it is so frustrating when you have a
smart watch that is not working properly and fitbit are not coming up with a solution.
I have updated everything with the latest updates and still notifications not working 😡
Best AnswerTried the force quit Fitbit app for my new Sense. Fitbit Android on my Motorola One 5G Ace, Android 10 OS.
Restart app, synch completes but after a short time start getting "experiencing synch problems.
Connected to 225MB 5GHz secure WiFi. Strong 5G cell network also at my location.
Update Sense reports up to date, no updates available. Metro by T-Mobile cell provider.
