Errr NO 3.43.1 is the problem. The sync was fine until I installed that and now under the "health metrics" page

are all stuck on yesterday..........
Ps: SPO2 has been that way for months now anyway.........think your app needs some work.
Best AnswerYes I have updated by Fitbit, unstalled and reinstalled. Getting the error message "Fitbit canot accurately use your phone's pedometer without a foreground notification. It is also not accurately logging my steps.

Me too. The help chat finally acknowledged that there is an app issue being addressed for ios as well as android. This fitbit world doesn’t seem to worry too much about iphone users. 😐
Best AnswerThe app update did not work. I know the Versa Lite has been discontinued, but it sure is frustrating to not be able to sync.
I continually get "gathering data" and then "unable to sync your versa lite".
Updates are great if they actually fix the problem.
Any ideas if/ when there will be an actual solution?
Best Answerthanks MattFitbit: I look forward to more info. For better understanding I'm trying to sync Charge 4 to an Iphone and it won't. It also has stopped displaying based on a wrist shake so I've had to push the button and have lost most of it's "watch" usefullness. Also battery life seems way down suddenly. Miriam Feder

Best AnswerI paired charge 2 to android tablet. No sleep or health data since the 17 June. It took 2 times. Second time turned off on wifi & Bluetooth and ran relax on charge 2. Took a little time, but connected.
Then went to try this on pixel 2 phone and charge 2 was already connected to the app.
Not sure how or why.
Maybe connecting to another device the information of the device is transferred to the phone.
Best Answer@SilviaFitbit this did not work. Patience and understanding have "left the building." How about something that actually works. You can see here from this feed that people are not having any luck. Fitbit is losing customers.
Best AnswerNope. I just recd my Sense. Everything up to date but can't get either voice assistant to work. Google or Alexa.
