Is there any chance this is impacting ios too? I've been having problems since yesterday where my Charge 3 keeps loosing about 5-6 minutes, and it won't sync. I spent almost an hour troubleshooting last night including a full reinstall of the app. Thought it was fixed, but back again this morning.

Apple watches too!  When will this be fixed? Very frustrating!

Unfortunately, not for me. I have had a Versa 2 for 18 months and never had problems that I could not resolve. I have Fitbit Premium. My Fitbit app and iOS software is up-to-date. The Versa 2 had been syncing even after all updates. I have: (1) deleted my app and reloaded; (2) re-started the my iPhone; (3) turned bluetooth on and off; (4) disconnected my Versa 2 and reconnected; and (4) attempted to sync while charging.

I have an older Fitbit. I have the zip and I think it’s my third one . I have had one since 2014. I love it! Mine quit Synching with my Iphone on Sunday. I called today and the only thing.that I had not done was taken out the battery. (I did that a few weeks ago because I had to replace it) The rep. Had me do that and it started to synchronize. I am not sure if the newer devices let you do that. Just thought I would share! At least for now I’m up and running!

Corporate expressions of shared sympathy and acknowledgements of customer's frustration on chat pages are hollow and fall flat especially when there is no appreciable progress either reported or demonstrated toward a solution after too many days.

I suggest a simple solution: Stop working on solving the current software problems. REVERSE whatever update Fitbit sent out that created this mess so customers have the use of their devices while Fitbit fixes the problems.

Everyone makes mistakes so own it: correct the continuing issues the customer is experiencing because of the mistake to show Fitbit cares. Then take all the time needed to fix it, test it and test it again at Fitbits cost rather than using cash paying customers to pay to fix Fitbits problems.

Is this still an issue with iPhones? My charge 3 will not stay connected to Bluetooth, no matter how many times I disconnect and re install it! It’s also losing time, currently it’s 1819 and my Fitbit shows 1733. It’s going in the bin soon!

Well, dear Community, I have some good news to report. I contacted customer service by phone and they talked me through a complete reset, so setting up my Sense as if it were a completely new device. So far it seems to have worked. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

i hope others can benefit from this solution too.

Hoping that this gets resolved in short order. My Versa Lite tracker is only 13 months old and I was appalled when Fitbit offered me a 35% discount on a NEW watch after I spoke with Customer Service. Why ever would I want to throw more money towards a product that isn't properly supported? This is the third time I've had a Fitbit with a very short life span. This was the last chance for Fitbit to redeem themselves.

I am personally losing time, the tracker won't keep time/won't sync and it took me FOUR DAYS to update/pair after factory reset as it kept losing the connection. As soon as it was reset it started losing time again and refuses to sync. MY Samsung Galaxy S10e is relatively new and running Android 11 which is the latest release.

I find it shameful that I can't even use it as a "not so smart" watch. I abhor the disposable nature of this tech, and want to avoid it ending up in a land fill.

Would this have something to do with me getting a notification that the Fitbit has autodetected 29 minutes of swimming when I have NOT been swimming?
