@Cleanskin stressed out? If they had been stressed out it would have been fixed. The worst part of this farce, is they refuse to roll out an easy fix. The easy fix? A rollback to the previous version of the software.

I just turned off my wifi and tbe **ahem** thing finally connected to the phone. Not all data synced, but much better.

Still not helping me. It helped to a degree, now I am stuck on the "Bluetooth Pairing and Linking" screen and it's saying bluetooth pairing is taking longer than usual, please be patient we are on it. But it's been like this for an extended period of time, while the watch is on the charger
I have been spending more time to get this watch to sync with my phone than it's been in actual use and I've had it since January.

I'm having the same issues and getting nowhere with chat. I've contacted fitbit chat 3 separate times in two days for issues with the Luxe. There is not button on the charger to reset, the silent timer doesn't work, and it won't sync with both the ipad and iphone at the same time. I was told "there's interference". Why are we going back a step in tech? I requested a return envelope. Was given a link where I had to pay $5.95 to return this garbage. Had to contact the chat again. Really frustrated.

Incredible! What kind of company leaves it's customers hanging like this...most of our devices rendered useless or at best a simple watch and/or pedometer. The situation has been going on for weeks now and as far as I know this is post from SilviaFitbit on June 19 is the last we've heard from Fitbit. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

Hi. So im anxiously awaiting the fix as I have a premium subscription and its been unusable for several days now. It isn't just a complete inconvenience, it's dollars. Please don't delay.
Updated to add that my versa 2 is now falling back in time. Was this just a trick to put us all in a time warp?

When is this going to be fixed? I have done all the troubleshooting tips, reboots and reinstalls. Sleep and heart rate have not synced since Jun 16th..

Same for me-my fitbit worked a couple of weeks ago (it’s new), and then just stopped notifications-it only shows when I get to goal…

Is there any information on when this will be resolved? I factory reset my Fitbit trying to fix it before I became aware this was a problem affecting a large portion of the customer base. Now my Fitbit is basically garbage because it can't do anything until it finds the app, but my app cannot find my device. This is seriously making me look at going with a competitor to the company. This is unacceptable given that the company is now owned by Google and should have plenty of resources to get it fixed.
