Good morning,

I have downloaded the newest version of the app and followed the instructions for reconnecting. My new Luxe is still not syncing and seems to disconnect after only a few minutes.

Any more updates or suggestions?

Thank you

This is still an issue. Fitbit won't sync. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, have turned Bluetooth on and off. Have restarted phone, have tried syncing with another device. These " updates" always mess things up. Please correct this. It's been a least a week

I have the latest update installed and I am still not getting the breathing rate in Health Metrics.   What should my next step be?

My Fitbit Inspire stopped tracking my sleep on 06/25/2021. It will track my sleep but not my sleep stages. Since then I have noticed it won't vibrate when I get my steps in, nor will it vibrate when I need to get my steps in every hour. I have an android and everything is up-to-date in my play store for all of my apps. I have rebooted it. I don't want to have to take it down to factory settings because I don't want to lose all of my data.

This issue applies to Inspire 2 and iPhones also. Beginning two days ago, my Inspire 2, no longer pushes notifications for any app that previously did. I worked out for 45 minutes today, but there is no record of it. I can see the steps on my Inspire 2, but in terms of activity or actual exercise documentation, it is non-existent. The Fitbit app list my BP, resting BP and sleep, but my Inspire 2 has zero for each. Will this be fixed or will you be sending me a new one since I just purchased and received this device 2 weeks ago?

I see that there is a syncing problem with Android, however, my phone is an iPhone and I am also unable to sync.

Hello,

I have done all of the following and my Fitbit is still not syncing when trying to enter the 4 digit code.

  • Made sure Bluetooth and location are on
  • Reset Fitbit
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled app, verified version is 3.43.1
  • Updated Android, current version is 11
  • Restarted my phone
  • Removed other Fitbit devices I have connected to the app
  • Unpaired all devices from Bluetooth and tried syncing Fitbit only

Nothing has worked. Please help thanks.

Nope. Nada. Used the "test notifications" and got nothing back.  I need my call/text/calender alerts to work!!!! Essential for my daily needs!! I've done EVERYTHING deemed helpful.

Haven't been able to sync for a week. I'm starting to regret wasting my money on a Versa 3...

I think our Charge 3 stopped working with the new update! The last sync was Sunday June 27.

Fitbit Charge 3
Phone: Moto g6
Android 9
Fitbit app Version 3.43.1 (20243578)

After unsuccessful sync after a few days, these steps were done several times:

- Rebooted phone
- Uninstalled and reinstalled app
- Cleared cache, cleared data
Fitbit app has worked, although many sporadic sync problems, for a few years. Now there's no way to get past the "connecting" part and the

"Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual."

"Please be patient! We're on it!"

Today after contacting Fitbit via chat and Twitter, I tried every step at least three times and some more. The phone was restarted, the Fotbit restarted several times with the 15-second button press. The app uninstalled and reinstalled three or four times. Tested on a different phone with identical results. Tried creating a new account, same stall after code entered.

One odd thing, at some point the app resynced with the Charge 3 even though at no time did I see it was connected, it was never passing the "Connecting" phase.

Now I know the Charge 3 has has sync issues in the past, we've had to restart the Fitbit or the phone once in a while, but now it's not connecting at all. I think the "fix" of the  new app version broke something else. The onky way anything can change now is if there is a new app update.

Right, and I very much like my Fitbit watch. I have had a Samsung Galaxy watch, and I would rather use a Fitbit over that. I just wish it would work.
