Fitbit 3.43.1 on Android 11 here. Sense hasn't synced since mid-June for me, either. No calls. No texts. And the app has an error with each sync attempt. I keep waiting for the fix, checking Fitbit support (the Chat feature hasn't been available since this started...), checking for updates...but so far no fix.
Have updated app and phone, rebooted phone and tracker, removed and reinstalled the app, unpaired and re-paired the tracker (that was fun because then it wouldn't pair again until after it had been on the charger overnight). Everything is up to date. All settings are correct. It's still not working. It seems to sync after sitting on the charger and getting to full charge, while still on the charger, but not at all once I put it back on for the day. Loses minutes as the day goes on.
Best AnswerWhat a joke.. absolutely ridiculous..y'all need to take the "solved" post off bc obviously it isn't "solved". Versa lite is basically a paperweight..log into Fitbit app to begin..been there done that like a million times 🤣😂😆🤣😂🤬😡
Charge 3 atFitbit v 3.43.1. Android v11. After uninstalling/installing app, trying to change clock, etc. Device still has not sync'd since June 15th. Battery.charge = full. Nothing on the screen and what appears is too dim to see even without lights. This was a replacement to anither one that died before warranty expired. What should be the lifespan? Do i ask for another replacement because i love the app i am just disappointed in Charge 3 device failing.
Best AnswerI called customer service to fix my Versa 2. This may work on any? Anyway, hold side button down 8 to 10 seconds until powers off. Then let go and push and hold same button until the fitbit shakes. This is a factory reset, but after doing it and rebluetoothing it to my phone it reconnected and installed fitbit updates. Working like a champ again! 😀
Best AnswerHello - I have android 3.43.1 version and the OS is Android 11. My flex 2 won't sync and all 5 lights just keep flashing. Is this part of the same problem or something different?

Best AnswerMy steps and cals burned are way off. My Flex isn't syncing correctly. I updated the app. Uninstalled and re installed the app. Charged my fitbit, everything you can think of. I have an android 7.1.1
Whatever you guys did. Undo it please. It's not right to require a newer tablet to work the device. You are squeezing people out.
Best AnswerCan't pair my Charge 4 either (Androïd 10)
