I have both a zip and a flex. I cannot get either one to sync with my phone. I have tried installing and uninstalling the application on my Galaxy S6. I have made sure the location permission is turned on (and back on once reinstalled). When I try to "add a new device" the app claims it finds nothing but gives up after a second. I hit try again, it instructs me to restart my bluetooth. That doesnt work. With the zip I actually was able to get the application to say found your zip, but then it quickly reverted back to the try again screen. My phone's bluetooth works fine for my bluetooth headphones. I make sure these headphones are turned off when I am trying all of this. I know my fitbits are able to sync for 2 reasons. One, when I go to my phone's bluetooth I can see the devices as "available" when I scan. Two I finally was able to fix my computer application and I can sync the devices to my computer, but that is not always convenient.

Hi @bblau, I liked to see new faces around in our community. I do not recommend to uninstall and reinstall the app frequently since this may caused loose of information.
