Welcome to our Community @raymondo_x303! It's nice to have you here! I noticed my friend @SunsetRunner asked you great questions to help you resolve this. I'd like to add that you can do the following to resolve this:
1. Uninstall the Fitbit app.
2. Download and install the latest version of the Fitbit app.
