I just bought a versa 2 and while at home I have my Samsung s9+ connected to wifi. The widget will not sync and the app will not work unless I turn off wifi and run on cell network. I feel like this shouldn't be a thing. I have reset my versa and my phone, and wifi works for all other devices connected to it.

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
