Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to install the Fitbit app on your Android mobile device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Do you receive any error message after the 99% or the download isn't completed? In the meantime, you can reboot your mobile device and try again. Also, make sure that the Android version of your phone is up to date.

Note for future. When an app refuses to install from the play store app I often find it has no issues when going to the Website version this can also be done from you computer.
