The PlayStore installation always stops at 99%
I must reinstall the app because of the recurrent bluetooth connection issues (Versa on a Samsung)
What is the solution ?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to install the Fitbit app on your Android mobile device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Do you receive any error message after the 99% or the download isn't completed? In the meantime, you can reboot your mobile device and try again. Also, make sure that the Android version of your phone is up to date.

After a few (10) phone reboots, I managed to install the app.
But I would say that this 'new' version of the app is vry buggy. My
Versa always lost the bluetooth connexion, and needs a reboot to
discover the watch again...
Very disappointing

Glad you got the app installed.
Note for future. When an app refuses to install from the play store app I often find it has no issues when going to the Website version this can also be done from you computer.
