My Ionic was syncing to my Pixel 3 XL phone just fine until yesterday. The most recent app update has caused an issue with the syncing feature. Is a resolution to this problem being worked on and how long until the problem is fixed?
Best AnswerHi, @lmp2019! I had the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled my app. This caused it to revert back to the old dashboard, but the sync feature seems to be working now, at least.

Best AnswerMine does manage to sync, but after updating to 3.2 it is 10x slower, and all the info disappears when not connected to the internet. I definitely liked the older version better because even if it didn't sync while not connected, you could still look at what there was at the last sync. Unfortunately I just uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it and it kept the same version, not reverting back.
Best AnswerThank you for your response. I have tried everything and it will not sync. I have even tried syncing to my tablet and laptop. The problem is with the app. So discouraging.
